Standard pool maintenance contracts include the following:

• Supervise initial annual health department inspection
• Commercially clean and disinfect bathroom facilities
• Provide all bathroom and cleaning supplies for the swim season
• Vacuum pool
• Empty skimmer baskets
• Clean waterline tile as needed
• Back wash system
• Clean the hair/lint strainers
• Clean pool deck of debris and empty trash receptacles
• Straighten deck furniture
• Test and treat pool water to sanitize and balance water
• Provide chlorine and all normal operation pool chemicals
